Where does Landscape Resolved work?

We work across Sydney and regional NSW. We visit sites across Sydney. For regional projects, including the Illawarra, South Coast, Southern Tablelands, Blue Mountains and Hunter, we can prepare the documentation remotely from your plans, survey and site photos. Send your site address and project details so we can confirm the scope of work.

Can you prepare landscape plans for DA and CDC applications?

Yes. We prepare landscape compliance documentation for development applications (DA) and complying development certificate (CDC) applications, and coordinate with your project consultants. The requirements depend on the site and the approval pathway.

What should I send with my enquiry?

Include the site address, project description, approval stage and current architectural or survey plans. You can attach up to four PDF, PNG or JPG files, with a combined limit of 3 MB. Email larger documents to hello@landscaperesolved.com.au.

Can you guarantee approval or a fixed approval timeframe?

No. Our role is to prepare and coordinate the landscape documentation. Approval decisions and assessment times remain with the relevant council or certifier. We can discuss our documentation scope and timing after reviewing your project.

When should Landscape Resolved join the project?

Early is best. Bringing landscape requirements into the conversation at concept stage and before documentation is locked can prevent avoidable revisions later.

Do you only prepare compliance plans?

No. While fast compliance documentation is our specialty, we also deliver custom, design-led landscape solutions tailored to your site.

Can you coordinate with my architect or planner?

Yes. We collaborate directly with your architect, engineer, builder, certifier, or planner to keep the approval process moving smoothly.
